What are your rules on Alcohol?

Alcohol is not allowed on the property.

Nor are any participants allowed to participate under the influence of alcohol. (Blood alcohol level of .07 or below)

Safe rule to remember if you can drive you can smash!

Where do I park?

There is no parking lot, but 7th Ave has plenty of free street parking on both sides of the road right outside the building.

Refund, reschedule, & cancelation policy?

Any cancelations or reschedules needs to be no later than 24 hours before session in order to receive a full refund.

Cancelations refunds within 24 hours will be subject to a 25% fee of their booking cost

Cancelations made within 5 hours of their start time will receive NO refund

Reschedules under 24 hours from booking time get ONE free reschedule

Reschedules made within 5 hours of their start time will be subject to a reschedule fee 25%

Other reasons such as running late, not showing up, having group members not show up, not filling out waivers, being intoxicated, unable or unwilling to wear safety gear, not following staff rules etc are NOT grounds for a refund.

A no show or arriving 10 minutes late (without approval) is considered a cancelation

What do we use to break stuff?

Metal bats, hammers, mallets, hand sledges. Nothing with a sharp edge

Do you recycle?

Yes, we want to do our very best to limit our carbon foot and keep what goes to the landfill as low as well can. We never buy new items to smash, we only use end of life items.

How much time do I have in the Rage Room?

Group sizes 1-4 people have a 30 minute time slot blocked off

Group sizes 5-6 have a 60 minute time slot blocked off

This time block includes check in, rules, gear prep, & smashing…so try to arrive early to maximize smash time

This is especially important during weekends & prime time busy hours when we can have consecutive booking sessions

How can I get more Rage Room time?

Typically most groups do not need more time than what is provided, but if you want more & have purchased extra breakables to fill the time with we can provide it.

Example 1: A 4 person group can book for 5 and get the extra breakables & time automatically with our booking system

Or a group can can call & we can adjust the time and charge the difference in time & breakables manually

What sizes are your safety gear?

Our provided safety gear generally fits any sizes from S-5XL. (smaller and larger sized items are limited)

If you believe you fall into a size outside of that for clothing, gloves, hats, or shoes your are more than welcome to come before your booking to check to see if our gear will fit or bring your own safety gear.

Safety gear not fitting on booking day is NOT grounds for a refund.

Do I Have to wear safety gear?

Yes, under no circumstances is anyone allowed to participate without wearing safety gear.

How many people can do it at a time?

Our Rage Room sessions max out at 6 per Room. We have 2 Rage Rooms and can book 12 at a time.

The splatter room can have a max of 12 at a time.

Our Outdoor Games area can accommodate standard group sizes up to 12. (For groups more than 12 please call)

For larger gatherings or parties please call because we are offer packages for events & large groups.

What about bad weather?

If you have a booking for our outdoor games we will allow for a reschedule booking for bad weather

Any indoor activities will only allow for weather reschedules in cases of severe weather (Tornados, flooding, snow/icy roads)

What is the age limit for each activity?

Rage Rooms are 13+ years old with a parent/guardian present

Splatter rooms / outdoor games are 5 and up with any addtional age limit being a stipulation of a manufacture

For example: Nerf guns are rated ages 8+ from the manufacture so that is our age limit to use them as well.

A parent/guardian must sign the waiver and accompany any minors participating

Late Policy?

If you believe you are running late make sure to CALL staff to let them know your ETA

Calling is not a guarantee that your spot will not be lost, subject to cancelation, or a 25% reschedule fee but depending on the schedule availability staff will try to work with each situation best we can

If you are 10 minutes late (without staff approval) that is considered a cancelation & you will lose your spot in line there will be no reschedule or refund option at this point

If you show up late you will not be given extra time

Is there somewhere to keep my stuff?

Yes, we have lockers groups may leave their items in. We do not supply locks for the lockers (they are camera monitored).

BRR is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in our building

What should I wear and bring?

Photo ID is a must + close toe shoes

Clothing that is comfortable and maneuverable, and also does not interfere with any of the safety gear.

Do you take walk ins?

Walk in’s and same day bookings are welcome when we have the availably. We will have a “walk ins welcome” sign on the side walk when staff is present with free bookings. It is recommended to call prior to confirm availability any time.

Can we bring our own stuff to break?

YES! BYOB = “Bring your own Breakables”

BYOB must follow our policy of what’s allowed to break (you can find that on our site too) Staff will inspect items and they have the right to refuse anything they seem unsafe or against policy.

Do you take donations?

YES! We would love to have any extra breakables you have laying around the house. Drop them outside our door in a box or contact us to set up a drop off time.

We try to recycle as much as well can so we will do our very best to make sure as little of your donated items ends up in a landfill as possible.

What if I want to keep an item I was going to break?

If there is an item you were going to break but you want to keep it you may purchase it up front and exchange for another breakable. Same goes for any items in our stock room.

Do you guys sanitize gear?

All safety gear is cleaned between each use

I’m having trouble booking online, can I still book over the phone?

Yes! We can book and collect payment over the phone.

We encourage any groups who are having a large event/party to call or anyone looking to do a custom or combo booking

Should I arrive Early?

We encourage everyone to show up 5-15 minutes before their scheduled time

In the event there is availability and setup is done a group may start early if they desire

Can we listen to music?

Yes! Each activity allows guest to pair up and listen to their own music from their phones

Can I take photos/videos?

Yes! We want you to show your friends how much fun you’re having!
